I assist individuals and couples create and sustain the positive changes they seek in their lives. I provide a supportive environment for clients to practice skills designed to increase personal, relational, and professional satisfaction. My approach to therapy is brief, client centered, and outcomes-focused. My therapy modalities include Cognitive-behavioral Therapy in a Bowen Systems Theory context. I work with adults over 21, couples, and provide couple-owned business consulting services.

When not counseling clients in private practice, I serve as Teaching Faculty at Antioch University Seattle's School of Applied Psychology, Couples and Family Therapy program. I am completing a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy with a Specialization in Couples Therapy at Northcentral University.
