Anna Fletcher, MSW, LICSW
I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) providing counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of personal and relationship challenges. My work is guided by my belief that an authentic caring relationship and a space of nonjudgement are the most essential elements of therapy. With this foundation, we can explore the more challenging parts of life and gain clarity about how to live with more presence, intention, and contentment.
I always hold in mind the importance of early relationships and their influence on how we relate to others and understand our own experiences. I view therapy as a collaborative process, and I have a deep respect for my clients’ choice to be there. My commitment is to create a space in which we can work together by reflecting on the past and the present moment, and practicing new ways of being and connecting, both in and outside of our time together.
I carefully attend to past experiences of trauma, as well as cultural beliefs and value systems. I have a special interest in supporting parents during transitional times, and working with parent-child relationship issues.
